Big O Tires

Thanks for helping out today. I evidently ran over a blade on a job site and flattened the tire on my Mustang. The employees at Big O were super helpful and fixed my car in less than an hour of dropping it off. See the before and after. Tires look great!

I got to the shop at 6:30AM to be the first person. Bill was kind to let me in at 6:50 even though they open at 7AM. Bill then took my car early. Bill did not try to sell me anything more then I needed, which was removing a nail & screw in my tire. Other shops quoted me having to buy all new tires. The other shops said they could not fix my tire. It was great working with Bill.

The Longmont, CO Big O Tires is the only place that I feel valued, informed and that I have total trust for my cars needs. They always take care of me and have phenomenal communication and customer service. Bill really takes his time to make sure the job is done right and any other communications for clarity and quality.

I talked with Bill at Big O on Main in Longmont, CO to see if they could align my Mercedes tires purchased in NM over Labor Day at a store that did not have the equipment needed. He said yes and it was early enough that they were not too busy to take care of my request and to come on in. Great service, completed quickly. Bill is an excellent representative for Big O. I truly appreciate their service.

Best place for all my auto needs. Staff is always so friendly and helpful. Bill always greets with a smile. Brian and Micheal are top notch mechanics that keep my ride running smooth!
